Superstar actress ?Lindsay is dropping the Lohan and just going by Lindsay.
Apparently, the harassed by the media non stop star had been on the fence about dropping ?Lohan? until the E-trade Super Bowl commercial in which a baby was referred to as ?that milkaholic Lindsay.?
Talk about name recognition. That being said, ?Lindsay? does have the same unique power as ?Oprah,? ?Madonna,? ?Cher? or ?Beyonce.? Everybody knows who Lindsay lohan is so Im sure we will all know her by her first name only. Lindsay has been on the website TMZ nonstop for over a year.
I think hardly a week went by when that site didn?t post a story about Lindsay. Along with all the tabloids in America constantly leeching off every little thing to do with Lindsays life. Just being associated with Lindsay can make you famous, like her ex girlfriend some wack dj who is now famous because Lindsay went thru some lesbian phase. Its not so bad being Lindsay, the hollywood media leeches might destroy her in their publications but she will remain a star and she has only gotten bigger by all the free press. Even negative press is good press.
