Calling it quits after nearly a year together, the ?Glee? gal has moved out of their LA home and is reportedly staying in a nearby hotel under an alias name.
According to an insider, the breakup has been less than civil - claiming that the ?I AM Number Four? actor is a ?psycho loose cannon.?
