Korn rocker James 'Munky' Shaffer proposed to actress Evis Xheneti recently in France, RadarOnline.com reports. Shaffer, 40, and Xheneti, 31, have been together for six years."He proposed in Paris at the top of the Eiffel Tower at dusk," Xheneti tells Radar. "The sun was just setting and it was super romantic."
The proposal went down on May 11; Shaffer had purchased a 6-carat emerald-cut diamond ring with 1-carat baguettes.
The pair plan to marry "within the year."
"There are no surprises with us," Xheneti tells Radar of the relationship. "I know him and he knows me."
According to Xheneti's IMDb page, she has appeared on shows including 'Nip/Tuck,' 'Medium' and 'The O.C.' Shaffer, a founding member of nu-metal mainstays Korn, enjoyed his band's ninth studio album last summer.
