On June 15 there will be a networking and pitching event in Rio de Janeiro put on by Assespro (an association for Brazilian IT businesses) and Cemp (the Center for Entrepreneurship) at PUCRJ.
There will be two sections: in the first you will have the chance to hear a talk by a successful entrepreneur (Gustavo Guida Reis of Bondfaro/HelpSa�de), a Venture Capitalist (Fred Arruda of NascenTI) and four ?elevator pitches? from selected entrepreneurs who will present before a panel of experts from Assespro and Sebrae.
Businesses who want to present should have existed for less than 2 years and have an annual income of less that R$1.2 million. You can register your project here.
In the second section, registered participants will do a ?speed networking? event where they speak about their project for 1 minute at a time and exchange business cards. Those who find common interests can follow up afterwards to discuss ideas
