Sizzling Costa Rican pop singer Debi Nova is litigating against Lost star Jeremy Davies because he?s her landlord in Santa Monica.

Last February Debi?s glass shower door detached and shattered. She had to seek medical attention. The injuries prevented her from playing the piano and guitar, which wouldn?t really be a problem for most pop singers, but Ms. Nova is an accomplished musician.
Here?s what she posted when she went to the ER:

And, four days later, she Tweeted a photo of the still bandaged thumb with some inspirational thoughts:
Thumbs up to life! healing slowly & learning that EVERYDAY we must b grateful 4 our healthy bodies
Debi, who appeared on Dancing With the Stars last year, may have thumbs up for life, but she has thumbs down for Mr. Davies. According to TMZ, the lawsuit she filed in the L.A. County Superior Court she?s suing Davies for damages for ?numerous internal and external injuries? because he should have known about the trick shower door, and could have taken actions to prevent injury.
Of course, we don?t have all the details, but from what we know, do you think Nova have a case? Could Davies had reasonably known that a shower door on his property could have come off and shattered?
